Omg. Heart aching. This might be a sympton of hypercentilation or panic attack. The feeling of darkness engulfing me is getting from bad to worse. The heart feels like a hand squeezing it. Harder and harder. The shoulder is drooping. Something very heavy is weighing me. Neck aching. Jaw pain. Ear blocked. 100..99..98..97..96..95.. counting backwards is helpful. Thanks to a doctor from One Care Clinic. It saved my life many times. Panic attack has the symptom of a heart attack. That is the scary part. Death is scary. Leaving the loved ones behind is scarier or scariest. Who to look after mummy? Who to watch over my 2 cute nieces? Who to feed betta fish together with hubhy? Anyway it is just panic attack dah.. that breathless feel.. like no way to catch deep breath.. panting too much will cause too much oxygen in the heart and so lead to palpitation and dizziness.. the world is spinning. The vision is turning blur. Noise has nvr been louder and unbearable. The sight of crowd freaks me out easily. 100..99..98..97..96..95.. ouch.. painful.. i need to sleep.
